Specifying No will only list one entry (listed as training.asp in this sample, without the
parameters).
The Custom Image URL points to the location of the image that will be displayed on the top
right of the browser window when an end user logs in with the site profile details.
To edit a site profile, (on the Profiles tab) click the name of the site profile on the left, this
would bring up the site profile’s details on the right-hand site, edit the details and click the
Submit link, this will save the profile details. Please note that if changes are made to any of a
site profile’s filters, log sources or to Include Images in database the profile needs to be reset
to initiate a rescan of all log files. If the site profile is not reset the changes will only be applied
from the point at which the changes to the filters were saved. 
Resetting a Site Profile
Resetting a site profile will create a clean site profile database and initiate a complete rescan of
the available log files for the Virtual Web Server (and other log file sources specified) to
repopulate the site profile’s database.
Please note that a Profile Administrator cannot reset a profile (from Profile Administration), it
has to be done by a Server Administrator. 
On the Profiles tab select a site profile on the left and click the reset image (
) next to the site
profile. The Status frame at the bottom will confirm the resetting of the site profile.
Suspending/Resuming a Site Profile
Suspending a site profile will stop the population of the specific site profile database from the
log files. Click the suspend image (
)
next to a site profile name on the Profiles tab to do this.
The SurfStatsLive user associated with the site profile will still be able to log in and view site
activity reports, but no new data will be added to the site profile database from the point that
the site profile is suspended. Clicking resume (
), next to the site profile name will cancel the
suspension. The resume image is only visible for a suspended site profile. 
Deleting a Site Profile
Clicking the delete image (
) next to the name of a site profile on the Profiles tab will delete a
site profile and the associated site profile database.
