2. Set up an eCommerce site profile
Go to the Profile tab (we assume you have a site profile already created). Click on the name of
the site profile to open the Edit Profile panel and select either ‘Traffic and eCommerce’ or
‘eCommerce’ as profile type as shown below.
If the SurfStatsLive edition is set to or activated as a SurfStatsLive eCommerce edition then
the following profile types can be selected when editing or creating a site profile:
Traffic – Traffic and eCommerce reports will be generated.
Traffic Only – Only Traffic reports will be generated.
ECommerce Only – Only eCommerce reports will be generated.
SurfStatsLive users set up web content that will trigger the generation of eCommerce reports.
