Command-line utility can add site profiles from command-line.

Command-line utility to back up site profiles (Surfcmd.exe). Run SurfStatsLive cmd from
the SurfStatsLive program group on server to view command-line options.

To install V2.2.0.1 a fresh installation is required, so previous versions of SurfStatsLive have to
be completely uninstalled (refer to section Uninstalling SurfStatsLive then Installation). This is
because the site profile database structure has changed.

Who is On report was moved to Visitors section and number of records to show can now be
selected. The graph now correctly shows Hour and not Date. The hour display was also
changed for easier reading.
Favicon.ico is not filtered out any more when excluding images as this file is required for
the Site Bookmarked report.
Summary report not showing bug was fixed.
